This refreshing non – alcoholic drink is one of the essential tricks to survive the hot Valencian summers. It contains plenty of vitamins, phosphorus, and potassium. The tiger nuts itself can be eaten as snack, just like peanuts. The first references that exist about it date back to the 17th century.
