Tango Festival Barcelona - For the passionate start of the New Year


Who has ever danced before, they could know that dancing could be a poem, a novella, a history written by the body. Every feeling you have could be expressed by using your arms and legs and the never-ending combinations of movements, depending on your actual thoughts and intuitions. Feeling passionate? Try Barcelona Tango Festival this year, and dance yourself into the New Year!

How better could we start the New Year, than dancing? Now you got the chance to live for your passion: from 31st December to 3rd January Barcelona –or the ‘Third Homeland of Tango’ after Paris and Buenos Aires, as Don Enrique Cadícamo once had said – turns into the Heaven of tango dancers.


Besides the classes leaded by the best tango dancers of the country, they offer you various exhibitions, live music and orchestras to make the first days of the New Year unforgettable. Let´s meet the tango legends, such as Roberto Herrera and Laura Legazcue, Pilar Álvarez and Claudio Hoffmann! They won´t stop here! Listen to the wonderful orchestra of Marcelo Mercadante, Olvido Lanza, Irene Aisemberg, Emiliano Rock or Analia Carril and enjoy the parties with DJs like Claudio Hoffmann, Pilar Fernández, Fernando Corrado, José Luis Rico and Edu Ferruel.
