One day in the City of Arts and Sciences by Feet Up Hostels in Valencia
Wednesday, 10:00 – Beautiful sunny day, I´m on my way to the City of Arts and Sciences, a huge architectural complex situated at the end of the former riverbed of the river Turia. You can see its splendor at a far distance… but when you finally get there you cannot take your eyes off it…It seems perfect!
First direction – the PrÃncipe Felipe Science Museum
Generally I´m not a big fan of museums, but this one is special – It´s interactive, so for sure you will not get bored! There is so many interesting things to do inside, for example you can check how works the gravity or see the exposition of comic-book superheroes (the museum is divided in sections).
Later I went to the Oceanographic.
I can honestly say that It is my number one now. The tunnel with all the water animals is just incredible…you can look into shark´s eyes without being eaten!
Then the dolphin show – the animals were adorable, I wish I was a trainer just to have a closer contact with those superb intelligent creatures.
But anyway the show was amazing!
My last destination was the Hemispheric.
Inside of the building there is a cinema IMAX, I chose to watch a film called ¨Flying Monsters 3D¨ . I can only write that it is definitely worth seeing. For me it was a nice ending of this wonderful day.
