Feet Up Euro Trip - Day 5 From Dijon to Paris

As you may remember, the previous day I made my way to Dijon. Well, this morning I got up and promptly ready for my exciting trip to Paris. It's been very long since I first thought of going there and now it was, finally, true. I geared up as usual though I did know it was going to be a little cold at first I decided to stand that chilli wind of the morning because the warm sun rising up the horizont would quickly put me back on the right temperature.

I started going down and up hill, with in very dense forests and the sun was taking long to come up. Even though I continued like that for arou

nd 30 minutes until I realised that having a full gear and not wearing in it up is just SILLY. So I stopped in the middle of the mountains and decided to gear up a little more.

Before (you can tell I was in discomfort)

After (I look and sound much happier)

After so, I carried on driving on the foggy rain forest which with time took me into a beautiful farm land area. Worked soils and patchy landscape.

A difference with my journey until then is that this morning I decided to go for a very rural track. Instead of following the typical national route I venture myself into the tiniest prittiest roads. The only living animals close by were cows!! and the non living ones were some wind mills.

It was fantastic, so far going through the alps had been the most beautiful scene to ride, but now being on this little, winding road. Me, my thoughts and my bike!! nothing else to worry about!.

once back into the national route, I found a nice little town that to make it nicer it would be named BUFFON which in spanish stands for JOKER.

After going through it, my journey was pleasant and around midday I had reached Fontainbleau. Which from the very outside wouldn't look impressive, but my curiosity brought me to inquire about. Turned out to be a UNESCO world heritage and a humongous palace.

After spendind some time there, I prepared myself to drive into Paris, that fortunatelly I had assumed wouldn't be any easy to do. I put my camera away (fearing that it would get stolen) and started going through some of the most obscures places!! hahaha.. literally. By 3 Pm, though I had reached Paris and needed to find a place to sleep. Silly me thinking that Paris is a city that you just pop up on and hotels are easy to find. d

Basically, there were several exhibitions taking place on the city which made the "finding accommodation" much difficult, i went online booked the first place I found and didn't even ask for the price. My stay in Paris was OK. though my mood was set in anohte rythm.

Any was, I enjoyed Paris and tomorrow will post some pictures of it.!!!.

It's been a pleasure to share this day with you all.

See you soon!!!

Start making backpacks that it is time to go around.
